Quest – Top of William Penn

Living in Philadelphia, PA for some 60+ years, I had never been at the top of our City Hall to get a birds eye view of William Penn. The photo at the top of William Penn turned out too dark so I changed it to a  sepia tone to try to lighten it up. The other photos are views from the top.

This week’s challenge is all about reflections. This picture is both literal and visual. A reflection looking back on my childhood and literal because of the mirror reflection.  1950’s. This was taken by my father who was a photographer in WWII, a police crime photographer, and most of all a wedding photographer.

Pure: Babies – Human and Feathered Friends

Our granddaughter feeding the baby geese at the Wissahickon Creek. She is about to throw the bread, but she doesn’t let go until the back swing behind her. It was so funny. Then her uncle showed her how to toss it in front of her.
