Night Sky and Taking a Break –

Here is a picture taken from my back yard one night a few weeks ago.

I’ll be away from WordPress for a bit, and back in November.

~Take care everyone, I’ll look forward to seeing all your posts.

Pure: Babies – Human and Feathered Friends

Our granddaughter feeding the baby geese at the Wissahickon Creek. She is about to throw the bread, but she doesn’t let go until the back swing behind her. It was so funny. Then her uncle showed her how to toss it in front of her.

Thanks for stopping by and here is a pingback to other posts for Pure

Topic of Trio – Pine Cones

The Daily Post Weekly Photo Challenge with the topic of Trio.

We planted a 5 foot Christmas Tree a few years back, and now it’s about 12 feet tall. This year is the first time I saw some pine cones on it. The odd thing is that there are only 3. Of course I took a picture throughout their growth. I admit I have not read up on pine cones on trees, but I find it odd there are only 3 on the whole tree. Happens to be perfect for this Challenge. Oh, the lights . . . we keep it lit at night all year round. It just looks so pretty.

Do you see the one behind the front left?
